All sales final. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,000 and for vehicle purchases. Invoices will be coming from Swipe Simple and sent to the buyer's email on file with Live Auctioneers. If you do not receive your invoice within 72 hours of the close of the sale please reach out to the auction house. **Because this is a two-day auction event we will not be invoicing till the end of the second day. If you need a rush invoice please email info@jaybirdauctions.com** All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 28 E. Baltimore Street Hagerstown, MD 21740. Pickup hours are Monday through Saturday from 10-5. Shipping is not included but is available upon request for items that state "in-house shipping available". Shipping charges are billed separate from invoice. Please note our shipping turn around is 2-3 weeks. Any items marked with "third-party shipping" that are needing dropped off at local UPS Pack and Ship store are subject to a $25 handling fee. Please note our shipping turn around is 2-3 weeks. Larger items are local pickup by appointment or shipping may be arranged by the buyer through third-party shippers. Please reach out to auction house for shipping recommendations if needed.
