All sales are final and as is. We provide accurate descriptions of all our products as well as their condition. We may issue a return in certain circumstances, in which only the hammer price of the item will be refunded. The buyers premium will not be refunded in any circumstance. Appraisals We provide Retail Replacement Value Appraisals for all our jewelry. These appraisals are an evaluation of the estimated retail price of the jewelry. These appraisals are done by an outside firm which utilizes certified GIA Gemologists. The sole purpose of the appraisal is to provide an accurate description of the item, including the gemstones used as well as the metal weight. Do not buy an item with the expectation to resell the item for the appraisal value. ———————————————————————————————————————————— We reserve the right to approve all bidders, as well as which bids to accept. We also reserve the right to withdraw a lot, re-list a lot in case of disputes, and cancel a winning bid solely at our discretion.
