TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cash or company check. Live Auctioneers clients must overnight full payment at the conclusion of the auction. You may send personal or business check. If no contact has been made on the behalf of the bidder the auction will be considered "null & void", and the bidders information will be noted for future auctions. We will hold merchandise until it clears our bank. Live Auctioneers' clients will pay a 20% buyers premium. Iroquois Auctions firearms policies and procedures. Firearms items will only be sold in a manner legal by both federal and states laws. If a given make, model or type of firearm is not legal for possession in your state or municipality do not bid on it. Any firearms purchased by individuals which need transfer through an FFL will need to have the FFL's license emailed to info@deltaixsupply.com, before the firearm(s) will be shipped for transfer. The email must state the auction item number, description, buyers contact information and FFL's contact information including phone contact number. C&R federal licenses will be honored for C&R appropriate purchases. Items are sold on an "As is" basis, with a two day, after receipt, inspection period. Return shipping, if necessary, will be paid by the buyer. Upon receipt of return Iroquois Auctions will have the opportunity to accept the return or deny its return reasoning. Upon decision, if accepted your payment will be returned within two weeks. If denied buyer will be contacted and arrangements for return will be made. The decision of Iroquois Auctions is final. No international shipping of firearms, modern, antique, or black powder will be undertaken. Shipping and handling costs for shipping of items will be based on $20 Handling, packaging fee, and actual shipping and insurance fees. For any purchases at the auction site on the date of auction, when a transfer is needed, will cost $30 for the first and $10 each subsequent gun being purchased by an unlicensed person. If a purchaser's NICs check is delayed, we will hold it for the designated time. If the NICs is denied, the sale is null & void. If you have reason to believe your NICs will be denied, do not bid, you will not receive the firearm and your fee will not be returned. A purchase by a licensed entity will be charged a $10 per firearm transfer fee. FFL or C&R. All items will be sold as is where is. We are not responsible for incorrect descriptions, age, wood type, scratches, chips to glass, or authenticity. We will however, try to describe every item to the best of our ability having 49 years of being in this business and make every effort to try to please your needs. SHIPPING: This auction is on site. We will try to assist you in shipping but we are not shippers. Please arrange for your shipping in advance. Purchase price must be Next Day Overnight shipped to Iroquois Auction. Shipping expenses and charges if any from us will follow in a separate charge. On small items not furniture we may be able to give you an estimate; but remember it is only an estimate that may change. SALES TAX: N.Y. State residents without sales tax numbers will pay sales tax of 8%. People with valid New York sales tax numbers will fill out a New York sales tax exemption form to be exempt.
