TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cash or company check. Live Auctioneers clients must overnight full payment at the conclusion of the auction. You may send personal or business check. If no contact has been made on the behalf of the bidder the auction will be considered "null & void", and the bidder?s information will be noted for future auctions. We will hold merchandise until it clears our bank. Live Auctioneers' clients will pay a 20% buyer?s premium. All items will be sold as is where is. We are not responsible for incorrect descriptions, age, wood type, scratches, chips to glass, or authenticity. We will, however, try to describe every item to the best of our ability having 49 years of being in this business and make every effort to try to please your needs. SHIPPING: This auction is on site and remote on Live Auctioneers.com. We can arrange shipping, or you can pick up or provide shipping instructions. Shipping expenses and charges if any from us will follow in a separate charge. SALES TAX: N.Y. State residents without sales tax numbers will pay sales tax of 8%. People with valid New York sales tax numbers will fill out a New York sales tax exemption form to be exempt. Items shipped out of state are as far as we know exempt from N.Y. sales taxes.
