Inspection: All items sold 'as is' and 'as pictured". No returns. Please inspect all of the pictures and ask questions prior to bidding. Warranties: Descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and should not be relied upon when making a buying decision as we are not experts in authenticating all items. The pictures are part of the descriptions, please carefully inspect the pictures and be your own judge. If an item comes with Certificate of Authenticity it will be noted in the description of the item and it will be shipped with the item to the winning bidder. Mk Antiques Arts does not issue Certificates of Authenticity for any item. Items are sold "as is" and "as pictured." Shipping: Winners are responsible for purchasing and emailing a shipping label for each item that is won in the auction. After the auction is closed, winning bidders will receive an invoice that includes instructions for purchasing and submitting shipping labels to us. All shipping labels must correctly display the sender, receiver and package details (weight and dimensions) as per the invoice. Shipping labels that do not match the invoice will not be processed. Items have been packed for you at our expense. After receiving your shipping label via email we will print, attach the shipping label to your package and drop it at USPS or FedEx. Winners are responsible to purchase insurance with shipping labels. Winners are responsible for filing claims for lost or damaged items during shipping. If we do not receive your shipping label(s) within 5 calendar days of the date the auction closes you forfeit your winning item(s); due to limited space there will be no exception. For international shipments, winners are responsible for all customs fees, taxes and forms. Please note that each lot has already been packed separately; therefore, there is no combined shipping for any items.
