The lower estimate may represent the reserve price and certainly will not be below it. Estimates do not include the Buyer's Premium. Estimates are prepared some time before the sale and may be altered by announcement before the sale. They are in no sense definitive. By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. Florida Sales Tax - All purchases will be subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax unless the buyer provides Star Auction with a valid Resale Certificate at the time of registration. Merchandise purchases with a Resale Permit from a state other than Florida shall be sold outside of Florida. Identification such as a business card is required. All items purchased must be paid for within 7 days. Star Auction will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction.
