Items sent to out of state residence are not subject to MA sales tax. 3. Oral terms supersede written terms 4. 15% buyers premium 5. Shipping and handling will be added to the final price, or items can be picked up at our Cape Cod office. 6. Payment: cash, check, wire transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). 7. We accept left bids, phone bids, absentee bids and bids through LiveAuctioneers.com. We suggest calling and leaving an absentee bid as it is the safest way to make sure that your bid is placed if you can't attend the auction. 8. Placing a bid is acceptance of these terms.
