Select Multiple Estates Auction

By registering for an auction conducted by International Fiduciary Inc. ("IFI"), bidders (whether present in person, by telephone, by written or online absentee bid, or through a live internet connection) agree to be bound by these terms and shall be conclusive proof that the bidder has made him/herself acquainted with these rules: All bidders must register with their name, permanent street address, and telephone number prior to the auction. At IFI's discretion, bidders may be required to provide a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover. All property is sold "as is", "where is", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Though IFI may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, and believes all information to be correct, IFI makes no representations or warranties. IFI is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of claim against IFI if the service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Estimates are intended to be guides and may or may not reflect the ultimate hammer price of a lot. IFI retains the right to change estimates on any lot up to time of sale. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to all successful bids and shall become part of the purchase price subject to applicable sales tax. Buyers are required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax. Floor bidders will pay a premium of 10% for cash and 15% for credit cards. Upon the fall of the hammer, title to the offered lot shall pass to the buyer and the buyer immediately assumes full risk and responsibility for the lot, including liability for loss or damage. SHIPPING/PICK UP ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE BY BUYER. The purchase price for each lot shall equal the hammer price, buyer's premium, sales tax and, if applicable, all packing, handling, insurance and shipping costs AS ARRANGED BY BUYER. Payment may be made with cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal. Buyers who are present at the auction must pay the full purchase price at the time of the sale. Buyers who bid online will be invoiced within 3 days after the close of the auction and must pay the full purchase price for each purchased lot within 7 days after the date of the auction. By registering, bidders authorize IFI to charge the purchase price (hammer price, plus buyer's premium, plus applicable taxes) for each lot for which such bidder is the successful bidder to the credit card number provided (if required). No property will be released by IFI unless the purchase price has been paid in full. Buyers are required to pay for all packing, shipping and insurance charges. Overseas duty charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Be aware that for larger and/or valuable items, shipping charges can be substantial. If purchased property has not been removed, or IFI has not received shipping instructions within 14 days after the auction date, a $10 per item per day storage fee may be charged to the buyer.
