MiMo 2nd Design & Contemporary Auction

This is our 2nd Modern Auction here in the Desert. We are so proud to present MIMO GOES GREEN and we hope that you will enjoy our first e-Catalog. Some features of our new e-Catalog are more information, easy-to-print listings, biographies, detailed descriptions, better photos, a printable absentee/telephone bid form, and the ability to bid on line at "http://www.icollector.com" and "http://www.liveauctioneers.com". At MIMO, the future is now for the modern buyer. We strongly believe that helping to save the planet while giving you even more information at the same time is a win for everybody. I would like to highlight some art and furnishings going under my hammer on May 24th. The classics like Hans Wenger ("Papa" chair and ottoman), George Nelson, Herman Miller, Paul Frankl, Milo Baughman, Roger Capron, Victor Vasarely, Charles and Ray Eames (10 panel small and large screens), Warren Platner, Joe Colombo, Karl Springer, Andy Warhol, Paul Laszlo, Guido Gambone, Alvar Aalto, Jacques Adnet and the other great names are always important to have in an auction. However, what really makes MIMO a bit different are names like… Charlotte Perriand rare dining table, a set of 2 armchairs made for a Ski Resort in the French Mountains, Michel Buffet floorlamp, Boris Bally ("Transit” chairs), Wassily Kandinsky (serigraph), Tamara de Lempicka (serigraphs form the 1990’s), Karl Wesz (famous "Chain" floorlamp), Theodore Waddel ("Lightstick" table lamp), Paul Jouve „Panther” etching , Jacques-Emile Ruhlman „Vanity Mirror” Paris, France 1932, works by Eva Cellini, a collection of French wall paper studies from the 1920’s to the 1960’s and my personal favorites, the Jacques Tati Movie posters. His movie the "Playtime" was changing the world in his time. So let me transport you in time from nowadays to the 1920's again. The economy may be slow, but not MIMO! Don’t be shy BID and BUY ! Respectfully yours, Gabor Ujvari and Beatrix Bikali.
