The auctioneer (Maywood Antiques) at its discretion reserves the right to refuse participation in this auction by any bidder, whether on premises, participating on-line, by telephone, or through absentee bid. Most of the items can be shipped via in-house shipping option. Items that cannot be shipped by Maywood Antiques can be picked up or shipping arrangements have to be made with independent shipper. We work with our local UPS store at 130 W. Pleasant Avenue, Maywood, NJ. Ph: 201-820-4663, email: store5322@theupsstore.com Please note that all items must be removed within 30 days after the auction day. Otherwise, we charge $10 per day per item storage fee, unless other arrangements are made. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your item is not picked up within 45 days after the auction date, we reserve the right to sell the item without notice unless previous arrangements are made.

If you have not contacted Maywood Antiques to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
