Clockwork toys will be tested if a suitable key is available, but no warranty is implied on their operation or longevity. Items are described for convenience only, NETTE is not responsible for errors or omissions in catalogs, ads or Auction lists. Errors made as a result of sloppy or incorrectly filled out bid forms are the responsibility of the bidder. RULE #2. Buyer understands and agrees that registering and bidding at an NETTE auction obligates that buyer to accept and pay for any and all lots hammered down to his/her bidder number as a result of his submitting an online bid.
