Bidder Registration: It is recommended that Bidder Requests be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each auction. Once we have received your request, Salmagundi will approve or respond by email requesting that you contact us via telephone to complete the process. All lots are sold to the highest bidder AS IS, excluding shipping charges and sales tax. All sales are FOB and New York sales tax will apply. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. Your bid is a contract. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller.
