TOP RATEDSt. Lawrence University in Canton, NY is deaccessioning 175 works of art from the Richard F. Brush Art Gallery. The paintings that have been selected to be sold unreserved at public auction are those that no longer fit the galleries mission as an educational resource. Some of the artwork has been in the Universities collection since the early 1960's. The artwork being auctioned include numerous post-war abstract paintings done by various listed New York City artists in the latter half of the 20th century; a collection of over 65 oil paintings by Annie Lenney; an eclectic group of other paintings; and a few sculptures.
