By submitting a bid you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction. All items are sold as genuine without warranty or guarantee. All sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges. The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of any items sold. The condition of items not professionally third-party graded, i.e. PCGS, NGC, PMG, or PSE are the opinion of the seller. Stamps described with "appearance" or "appearing" may have faults. Please use your own judgment to assess the condition and grade of any non-certified item. Sold items are subject to a 15% buyer's premium and all applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees. California residents will pay a 9.5% sales tax. Please contact us with any questions. A credit card fee of 3% will be added to all invoices. Shipping Policy During the present Covid-19 pandemic we are shipping within the United States only. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are $8 for the first item, and $2 for each additional item. Orders up to $500 will ship via US First Class Mail w/tracking or Priority Mail w/tracking. Orders over $500 will ship via FedEx Ground or Express. Shipping fees will be calculated based on location, weight, and item. Some orders may exceed our standard shipping fees and will be invoiced accordingly. All auction lots will be shipped within three business days upon receipt of payment.
