Bidders are responsible to pay their invoice and failure to do so will entail any of the combination of measures: elimination for all future auctions from the hosting site, credit agency reporting and legal collection agency. Bidder waives their right to file dispute and chargeback for their payment from their credit card institution after getting approved and joining 21ST CENTURY AUCTIONS. Disputes should be resolved between bidder and 21st Century Auctions.
