Payment:
Auction House: NYC Antiques will send out an invoice (3) three times. The first invoice will be sent out no later than (2) days after the end of each set auction. After the first invoice, a second invoice will be sent, (4) five days after the set auction, as a reminder to those who have not paid or completed their payments after the first invoice. If the individual has not yet paid after the first and second invoice, a third and final invoice, (7) seven days after the set auction, will be sent to the bidders inbox. In the event that a bidder does not respond to the first, second, and third invoice in regards to the online payment nor completes the total payment within the (7) seven days, an extra (3) three days will be given as a grace period to respond to the invoice. If the bidder has not paid or completed their payment after the first invoice, second invoice, third invoice, and after the grace period, (10) ten days after the set auction, the account of the bidder that has neglected the set invoices and designated period to pay will be reported to Live Auctioneers as a dispute. After the dispute, the bidders account will be prohibited from participating in another auction that is under Live Auctioneer. The bidder will also be banned from bidding on any other auctions under the auction house: NYC Antiques.
Shipping
The buyer pays both shipping and handling fees as the auction house: NYC Antiques provides handling, packing, and shipping services solely as a convenience for our Bidders. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE AUCTION HOUSE WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR PROPER SHIPPING. When the buyer and bidder are filling out the invoice, the shipping address MUST be revised and looked over to ensure the item(s) are shipped to the proper location as the auction house: NYC Antiques will not be held responsible as it is the sole duty of the buyer and bidder to prove the auction house with the shipping location. If the buyer does fill out the invoice and realizes an error with the shipping address, both the buyer and bidder have twenty-four hours to contact the auction house: NYC Antiques. In regards to shipping out of the U.S., an extra fee of twenty-five dollars will be added to cover international shipping costs. After the bidder, buyer, and customer pay the total provided within the invoice, the item will be shipped out immediately. Once the item has been shipped, the bidder, buyer, and customer will be given a tracking number on their item(s) with shipping information.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
There is a one month grace period for each customer, buyer, and bidder. After each set auction, an invoice containing the total price of each total bid will be sent no more than three times. After the item(s) is shipped, a tracking number will provided to keep track on the individuals item(s). Once the tracking number is provided, the thirty day grace period will begin. Upon the thirty days, the bidder, buyer, and customer would have the ability to ask for a refund or an exchange for an item within the price range they had bid or lower. After the thirty day grace period, thirty days after the tracking number was sent, a return, refund, or exchange would be NONNEGOTIABLE. It is the bidder, buyer, and customer?s responsibility to reach out before the thirty days of the grace period. A request for refund will also be NONNEGOTIABLE if ever a bidder, buyer, and customer contact the auction house with a different shipping address after the item(s) has shipped. If the bidder, buyer, and customer is not satisfied with their purchase due to lack of correlation between item description and actuality of the item(s), they must contact the auction house no later than thirty days after the day they received the tracking number. If item(s) is accurate to description posted on the catologue, a refund will not be accepted. An example of this would be: bidder, buyer, and customer bids on lithograph, an artist print, with a description that mentions size, style, etc., but receives the item and changes their mind for set reason but has every detail described in the description. If such example arises the bidder, buyer, and customer will not be able to receive a refund as it their duty to read each description thoroughly, for each item will have a thorough description. If a customer has questions in regards to the item(s) they are to message the auction house before the auction date.
