BUYER?S CONTRACT Bids placed on SAH items through any 3rd party website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to SAH via 3rd party provider including sale price, buyer's premium and all applicable taxes. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction, sale, or event. Any items won and not paid for within 24 hours of auction close are eligible to be sold to underbidder and/or forfeiture. All sales are final. Item condition question or concern should be asked prior to bidding. No returns, credits or exchanges. While SAH will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items SAH sells are antiques, vintage or used items. SAH and its employees are not a professional graders. Condition authenticity, and value are solely the opinion of SAH and its employees. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. SAH on special items will offers preview inspections by appointment for the sole purpose of allowing the opportunity for personal inspection before placing your bids. All sales are final. Winning buyers must pick up their items at the designated location within the assigned time frame as stated in the sale details page or that of SAH. If after winning an item you determine you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled time and date, you must contact SAH within 24 hours to avoid forfeiture. If prior to the pick-up date the winner/client cannot pick up we will determine if alternate arrangements can be made. These arrangements will be at the sole discretion of SAH and will be subject to transport, labor and/or storage fees. SAH will work with buyers who work with us. Items marked Local Pick-Up in the title and or description cannot be shipped. There are some small shippable items that may have expensive cost based on weight and or awkward size. We require all bidders to use common sense when bidding. If you move, or prefer an alternate shipping address just call. SAH 732.672.5687 FORFEITURE OF ITEMS Any items not paid and / or not picked up during the specified pick up time in accordance with the Site?s Terms & Conditions will be forfeited by the winning bidder. SAH at its sole discretion will reoffer. SAH requests all shipping invoices be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to pay shipping cost within the above stated time can at SAH discretion result in forfeiture of the ability to ship, extra handling charge, storage fee, and or forfeiture of winning items.
