LuxeGetup also supports eCheck (ACH) Transactions. LuxeGetup uses Live.Payments by Live Auctioneers. - SHIPPING - Items are available for SHIPPING ONLY. Arrangements for shipping must be made within seven (7) business days from the date of auction. Items not shipped within seven (7) business days will be subject to discretionary fees for storage. Shipping will be paid for by the bidder. LuxeGetup will send an invoice with a shipping fee included. Shipping for domestic bidders will be priority mail through USPS. Changes are excepted as are expedited rates. If there are any request email LuxeGetup@gmail.com. -Unless prior arrangements have been made, any item(s) left with LuxeGetup for more than ninety (90) calendar days after the auction shall be considered abandoned and forfeited by the winning bidder with no possibility for refunds. After ninety days, the bidder shall have no claim to property. Abandoned items will be resold at auction. LuxeGetup is not obligated to notify the winning bidder that the abandoned item(s) will be resold at auction. - All items in this catalog are offered by LuxeGetup LLC, referred to as LuxeGetup. - Everything is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. While we do our best to describe the items properly, LuxeGetup makes no guarantees or warranties to the accuracy of these descriptions. - LuxeGetup reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalogue at its sole discretion. If you have not contacted LuxeGetup to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
