Buyer is responsible for all the shipping and handling cost and sales tax. We are confident in the quality of the merchandise, however we allow customers to return the items if they are not satisfied within a week of receiving the item if it's in the original condition upon our inspection of the item. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for any returns. There is no restocking fee for the returned items. The Buyer will be charged for any returned checks. Not all of the rugs are located in our Bethesda location and may need to be shipped directly to the buyer. If you have any questions about pick up or shipping, please feel free to inquire.

If you have not contacted East West Galleries to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
