No Reserve Vintage Movie Poster Auction

Bidding on items indicates acceptance of the following terms: 1. A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price on each lot sold. 2. All lots are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. Neither we, nor the consignor are responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions. 3. The auctioneer has the sole right to settle disputed bids and decide whether or not to re-offer the lot. 4. The record of sale kept by the auction house will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. 5. The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. 6. Absentee bids will be executed when possible as a convenience to our clients. Kamelot Auctions will not be held responsible for any errors or failures to execute bids. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. 7. Items may be withdrawn at any time prior to the offering of each lot. 8. Payment must be made at the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Kamelot Auctions accepts cash, certified checks and money orders. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. 9. All property shall be paid for by the purchaser within three (3) days of sale. All property shall be removed by the purchaser at the purchaser's expense within thirty (30) days of sale. Property not removed within thirty (30) days will be sent to a public warehouse at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. Kamelot Auctions has established the following blanket policy regarding shipment of posters. 10. For all orders, we charge a base plus per item fee. United States: Shipping is $6.50 for the first item and $1.25 per each additional item. All items shipped to United States residences include insurance. Canada and Mexico: Shipping is $7.50 for the first item and $1.25 each additional item. Insurance: Add $7.50 per item for insurance. Outside of North America: Shipping is $15 for the first item plus $5 per each additional item. Insurance: Add $5 per item for insurance. PA Sales Tax: Kamelot Auctions is required to charge PA State Sales Tax (7%) to all Pennsylvania State customers. This blanket policy covers all unframed posters that can be shipped in a tube.
