Ragos' Modern Design sale on Sunday, April 25, 2010, features over 500 lots in a broad array from Art Deco to classic mid-century to contemporary. The sale includes a selection of Tommi Parzinger, Karl Springer, Philip and Kelvin Laverne, Finn Juhl/Niels Vodder, Alvar Aalto, Eero Saarinen, Peter Hvidt, Edmund Spence and Osvaldo Borsani, Le Corbusier, Pierre Paulin, Paul Frankl, Garouste and Bonnetti, Ico and Louisa Parisi and Gae Aulenti. There is great variety in the Modern glass, over 30 lots of furniture and more of lighting, elegant furnishings, great studio furniture, lighting in the sale is notable, silver and metal works in the sale runs the gamut, Jewelry, textiles, tapestries and rugs; turned wood, fine art, including woodblock prints.
