Over the summer we have assisted clients with downsizing, and now bring to you a wonderful selection of their collectable items. The auction has a wide variety of quality items including an extensive collection of Longwy and European pottery, a number of rare books and 1000 item children's book collection, American artwork, collectable postage stamps, and fashion accessories. * The catalog listings are meant as a descriptive guide only. All measurements and weights are approximate. Buyers are encouraged to use the preview to contact us with their questions.
* SB SOS LLC will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
* All glassware and china are sold as-is (please ask for additional images to verify condition to your satisfaction BEFORE you bid).
* SB SOS LLC is not responsible for damage of glass covering paintings, drawings, and other works or art, or frames, regardless of cause.
* SB SOS LLC reserves the right to withdraw, combine, or divide any lot at its sole discretion prior to the commencement of bidding.
* Lots may have a reserve price, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. No reserve will exceed the low estimate of the lot.
* We will charge the winning bidder's credit card on file at the end of the auction. If no credit card is on file, full payment is required within 72 hours. Failure of the winning bidder to pay within the specified time frame, will result in a forfeit of their bid. SB SOS LLC reserves the right to re-auction.
* The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium (see chart), and CA/ Santa Barbara sales tax of 8.75% (except when a valid resale certificate has been furnished and verified valid by LiveAuctioneers.com and SB SOS LLC, prior to any auction or sale).
* SB SOS LLC reserves the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute. These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed, interpreted, applied and enforced in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of California, Santa Barbara County. Any disputes shall be by binding mediation in Santa Barbara, California.
* All lots must be paid and removed at the buyer's expense within 10 business days of sale or they are subject to a storage fee of $20.00 per lot, per day. SB SOS LLC will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items left on premises over 5 business days. SB SOS LLC reserves the right to re-auction, without reserve, items not removed within 14 days and to recoup storage fees and any loss in price.
* After 72 hours of failure to pay, SB SOS LLC reserves the right to re-auction, without reserve, items not paid for to recoup storage fees and any loss in price.
*Absolutely No Returns, No Refunds

If you have not contacted SB SOS LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
SALES TAX
