Terms & Conditions
Colorado International Auction Co., Ltd auction terms
Terms and conditions: 1. All items are sold as-is, and all malfunctions are sold as-is. Encourage all bidders to conduct due diligence and check all items before bidding. There are no guarantees or representations regarding the merchant's ability, suitability or any other express or implied. Knowing your bid will indicate that you have fully inspected the project as required, or that you choose not to inspect it. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and must not be interpreted as providing any form of guarantee for the age, condition, materials or any other characteristics of the items sold. Our goal is to provide accurate and detailed information to prospective bidders. If you need absolute certainty in all aspects of authenticity, and the results of the evaluation make you uncertain, it is recommended that you do not bid on the item in question. We do not refund. All sales are final. No one may regard the written or oral statement of the auctioneer as a guarantee or liability.
2. All auctions purchased by Asian bidders will be transported by Colorado International Auction Co., Ltd to the Beijing office (Note: the normal time for the US to be shipped to the Beijing office is 7-10 days), and then the Beijing office will handle the delivery. If you need to modify the delivery address for special reasons, please contact us in time after payment.
3. Bidding will start at a price deemed appropriate by the auctioneer. The auctioneer always reserves the right to withdraw large amounts of money for reasons deemed appropriate. According to the judgment of the auctioneer, no source shall accept bids less than half of the lowest estimate: telephone bidding, absent bidding, online bidding or bidding in a gallery. All batches in this catalog are provided in reserve, which is the confidential lowest hammer price for batches sold. When implementing the reserve fund, the auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of the consignor, whether through open bidding or in response to other bidders to continue bidding until the reserve fund is reached. If the reserve is not reached, the auctioneer has the right to withdraw the item from the auction.
4. Online registration and bid approval are determined by the auction house. We recommend that online bidders register at least 3 days before the auction to allow time to complete the approval process. It is important to note that we do not guarantee that new online bidders who register within 24 hours of the sale will be approved to bid. After registering to bid, new online bidders may receive a message requesting additional information; without the requested information, we will not be able to approve any customers. Parties wishing to bid for premium hands may be required to submit a deposit via wire transfer. Communication between potential customers and the auction house must be established directly with Colorado International Auction Co., Ltd by telephone, fax or one of the relevant e-mail addresses. We do not guarantee that we can respond to requests submitted through third-party messaging systems. Due to a large number of inquiries within 24 hours after the sale, we cannot guarantee that customers who contact us during this period will receive a response. The bids left to the live auctioneer will not be executed until the item is offered in the live auction, so the order in which these bids are received is not a factor. We will make every effort to accept and process bids from online participants. CSV or text-tab separated files are not responsible for any loss of bids due to personnel issues, operator errors, equipment failures, connection delays, communication interruptions or technical failures of any nature. By registering to participate in the auction, bidders agree to the terms and conditions of Colorado International Auction Co., Ltd. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time before the auction. This form of acceptance by bidders is binding.
5. For potential bidders who cannot participate in the auction, we are happy to offer absentee bidding and telephone bidding. Please fill out the absentee bid and/or telephone reservation form. Absent bids are executed in a competitive and confidential manner. All telephone bidding reservations will be strictly confidential and must be received by 5 pm the day before the auction. No other telephone bids shall be accepted on the day of the auction, including other bids when talking with staff on the phone. A large number of absentees or telephone bids indicate that you are willing to bid at half of the printed minimum estimate and grant the auctioneer qualifications at this level. Colorado International Auction Co., Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason, and default on any sale in case of error or dispute.
6. Pay attention to the Internet absent bidders. We do not accept reduced bids from on-site or telephone bidders (the bids are lower than the last interval), nor do we accept reduced bids from internet bidders. Therefore, many people may bid for another person at a price lower than your absent bid price. For example, if the bid is incremented by 10 dollars, which are $50, $60, $70, and your absentee?s price is $75, then we will not accept the bid because the bid interval is less than $10. We always encourage bidders to call or to avoid this situation, please bid absent in our gallery.
7. Once it is announced that an item has been sold, the bidding cannot be restarted. Before we say "sell", it is the bidder's responsibility to get our attention. We reserve the right to reject any bids deemed inappropriate or withdraw any items due to lack of proper bids. If an item is withdrawn from the auction, only the auctioneer can decide whether to provide the item again.
8. Expect to pay at the time of purchase. In the absence of successful bidding, payment for telephone bidding and online bidding shall be paid within five (five) working days after the auction. The bidding project means that the customer accepts our sales terms. If you do not receive payment within five days of the auction, your signature on our bid or acceptance of these terms through any online bidding platform means that you can successfully bid for your credit card.
9. Must use cash, approved check, wire transfer or Mastercard, Visa, credit card payment. We reserve the right to request large purchases of bank checks. Buyers who are not known to us who wish to write a check must provide an up-to-date letter of credit with their bank guaranteeing the account. If an appropriate credit line is not established, we reserve the right not to issue a buyer number or detain the goods. We require international buyers to make wire transfers. First-time purchasers will be required to pay by wire transfer or cashier's check.
10. If the absent bid is the same, the bid received first shall prevail. Until the item is provided in real-time bidding, the remaining bids on the Internet bidding platform are executed, and the order of receipt is not important. We sell 20-30 lots per hour. Please refer to bid increment.
11. In our experience, cellular phones are not always reliable, so we recommend making telephone bidding reservations on land lines. We will do our best to fulfill all absentee and telephone reservation guarantees, but we are not responsible for any loss caused by failure to execute absentee bidding or telephone reservation failure. Submitting an absentee bid or bidding over the phone does not mean credit extension. See numbers 4 and 5 above.
