Historic Delaware Hotel Antique Auction Day 2

The historic Delaware Hotel in Leadville, CO has been sold to new owners. The Hotel will remain open to guests, but we will be liquidating the fabulous antiques and private museum belonging to the former owner of the Hotel. For over 21 years Mr. & Mrs. Kit Williams travelled the world to purchase high end period antiques and furnishings to display throughout the Delaware Hotel. These treasures will now be offered again at a 2-day live auction that will have online bidding available for select items. Lots 1-299 will be offered on Friday September 24th Lots 300 and above will be offered on Saturday September 25th All items are being sold in as-is, where-is, and in as-found condition. PICKUP- Item pickup will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from 10am-6pm Sunday September 26th- Wednesday September 29th at 700 Harrison Ave, Leadville, Co. 80461. LOADING- Please note that many of these items are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the hotel. There will be labor onsite to assist in moving items. If winning bidder chooses to have onsite laborers assist in loading items, winning bidder assumes all liability for damage to items. SHIPPING- Available on select items from B & B shipping in Leadville. Auction company is not responsible for any shipping and buyer must ensure that shipping company had items removed from Delaware Hotel by 6pm Wednesday September 29th.
