As a courtesy to clients, Art Partner Galerie S.P.R.L. may prepare and provide condition reports to assist prospective buyers when they are inspecting lots online. Catalogue descriptions and condition reports may make reference to particular imperfections of a lot, but bidders should note that lots may have other faults not expressly referred to in the catalogue or condition report. Purchase Price and Payment The buyer agrees to pay us, in addition to the hammer price of the lot, the buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax (the "Purchase Price"). The buyer's premium is 14.5 % of the hammer price. Payment is due by the buyer for a purchased lot within 10 days following the auction. Buyer's Premium Art Partner Galerie S.P.R.L. charges the successful bidder a commission, or buyer's premium, on the hammer price of each lot sold. The buyer's premium is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price at the following rates: 14.5 % European bidders : Buyer's premium is all taxes included for EU International bidders : Sales taxes are payable in accordance with applicable law. All prices, fees, charges and expenses set out in these Conditions of Sale are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes. All international bidders are responsible for taxes (VAT) and duties imposed by their governments upon receipt of the items. Shipping costs Each lot purchased will be delivered to the client by shipping. The cost of the shipment will depend on the weight, the shape and the value of the lot concerned. The client will be charged of the shipping costs in addition to his bill. Art Partner Galerie S.P.R.L. will not release a lot to the buyer until we have received payment of its Purchase Price in full and cleared funds, the buyer has paid all outstanding amounts due to Art Partner Galerie S.P.R.L.. As soon as a buyer has satisfied all of the foregoing conditions, our staff will contact the buyer to organize the shipment. We will send the items won by the bidders-buyers in a delay of 3 weeks after reception of the payment.Please be noted the buyer will be charged of 10$ for packing + the shipping costs fix amount (details noted on his invoice) Contract Your bid is a contract.
