The October 19-20 European Furniture and Decorative Arts auction includes a diverse array of furniture, decorative objects and fine art sourced from various private collections and estates, including a distinguished collection of 19th century French bronzes from the Estate of Howard and Irene Stein, Atlanta, Georgia exhibited in Toulouse Lautrec & Friends: The Irene and Howard Stein Collection at the High Museum of Art, Atlanta, Georgia in 2011; property from the Historic Schweppe Mansion, Lake Forest, Illinois and the Missouri Athletic Club Foundation for the Arts, along with items from the estates of Frank McIntosh, Greenport, New York, an influential homeware and accessories merchant for Henri Bendel; Charles and Lorraine Janda, Hinsdale, Illinois; Elizabeth Rockefeller Bowler as arranged by DeChant Art Consulting and Joseph Desloge Sr., Florissant, Missouri, among many others.
