Fall Southern Estates and Collections-Day 2

This 3 day auction includes over 900 lots from prominent GA, SC and FL Estates and Collections as well as items being de-accessioned from the Telfair Museums, Savannah, GA. The auction includes English, American, French, Continental and Asian furniture and decorative arts. Highlights include an Austro-Hungarian silver and enamel chess set, a Cary's Celestial standing globe, an S. Kirk and Sons repousse punch bowl and cups, a group of WWI and WWII posters, a Cambodian sandstone figural fragment probably dating from the 13th century and a Chinese Warring States lacquer ceremonial cup in the form of a bird. Fine Art highlights include works by Beltran Bofill, Francisco Collantes, Charles Gruppe, Sam Newton, Paul Stone, Anthony Thieme, Hale Woodruff, Robert Watson and Stephen Scott Young as well as many more.
