This LIVE ONLINE auction is being conducted by Claytree Auctions and Appraisals, LLC (aka Claytree) of Glassboro, NJ. 1.0 Disclaimer Claytree has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements or descriptions by our staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. All lots sell as is, with all faults. Claytree and the seller(s) do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. If you have questions regarding a lot, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE. 2.0 Buyer's Premium A Buyers' Premium of 12.5% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for each auction lot. 3.0 Sales Tax This auction is being conducted in New Jersey. 7% sales tax will be added for purchases picked-up in or shipped to New Jersey addresses. 4.0 Invoicing and Forms of Payment Winning bidders (Buyers) will receive an invoice from Claytree within 48 hours of close of sale. Invoices must be paid in full within (3) days of receipt. Claytree accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and bank transfers thru our PAYPAL account. Buyers must use the online PAYPAL checkout to complete their transaction; Buyers do not need to have a PAYPAL account of their own to pay online. Due to increased fraud, Claytree does NOT accept personal checks or money orders. All buyers must pay for their purchases in full before shipping or pickup. 5.0 Shipping and Pick-up We will ship items that fit into a box or tube of reasonable size. We will attempt to consolidate multiple items purchased by a single buyer, but this may not always be possible. Claytree ships either USPS Priority Mail Insured OR USPS First Class Mail Insured. Buyers will receive a single invoice with the cost of shipping plus a $10.00 handling fee per box or tube packed. 6.0 Debt Collection and Interest Charges We reserve the right to resell any property not paid for, in full, within three (3) days of receipt of the invoice. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property. The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Claytree in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Gloucester County, NJ. 7.0 Age Requirement Bidding at auction is a contract. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. 8.0 Bidder Information and Security All registration information the bidder provides to register for any auction conducted by Claytree shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. This auction is being hosted online by LiveAuctioneers, a professional Auction Portal Company. Claytree does not issue or manage accounts, bidding numbers, passwords, etc. Bidders must notify LiveAuctioneers ASAP if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
