Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in DELUXE FINE ART LLC live auctions. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. 1A. Total Sales Price: The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a buyer's premium. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Packing, shipping, and insurance are not included in the sales price and will be added to the final invoice after the conclusion of an auction. 2. Shipping & Packing: We ship Worldwide. All charges for shipping, packaging, signature delivery and pickup (when necessary) will be added to the buyer's invoice after the auction is complete. For multiple lot purchase, we will always do our best to combine shipments in order to save our customers as much money as possible. We offer in-house shipping so our customers can relax knowing we are taking care of everything on our end. Winning bidder will automatically receive an email from the courier site with tracking information for their package(s). 3. Framed/Stretched Items: If an item is framed or stretched, it will be stated in the listing. If framed, it is understood that the frame is being included free of charge and sold "as is". We do offer custom framing for an additional fees so please inquire if you are interested in learning more. In some cases, stretched items can be removed from the stretcher bars and rolled for shipping savings but you must inquire prior to the auction, if interested. 4. Methods of Payments: We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, wire transfers, certified checks and e-checks. If you need assistance, please email us at deluxefineartllc@gmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse certain types of payment, even those stated herein. 5. Payment Due: Once a buyer receives our invoice, Buyer will have four (4) days to remit payment. If payment is not received within this time frame, we reserve the right to file a dispute with Live Auctioneers. If payment is not received after a dispute is filed, the buyer will incur a strike on their account, may be suspended from all auctions and will be blocked from all future DELUXE FINE ART LLC auctions. 6. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. Any item that has not been paid within 7 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. 7. Winning Bid: The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auction coordinator shall decide the buyer. We are not responsible for any technical issues or bids placed by accident. 8. Withdrawal Prior to Sale: DELUXE FINE ART LLC reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. All starting bids and estimates are subject to change before the start of the auction. 9. We want our customers to feel 100% confident before bidding on any item in our auction and welcome customer contact. 10. Contact: By signing up to bid with us, you consent to allow us to contact you via email or phone about this auction. You also consent to accept email contact for future auctions, sales and specials. 11. Guarantee and Condition Statement: DELUXE FINE ART acts as an agent for various owners and consignors. It exercises care in describing all items listed and uses judgment in attributing authorship, but offers no guarantee regarding authenticity, condition, or description unless otherwise stated. Any item description in this catalog may be amended prior to the start of the auction. 12. Online Catalog: All listings, including starting prices with no reserve and high and low estimates, are subject to change until one hour prior to the auctions start time.

If you have not contacted Deluxe Fine Art LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
