Auction Terms & Conditions 1. AUCTION PICKUP DATE & TIME: This auction is SHIPPING ONLY, this means that we will pack and ship your purchases to your address on file after the close of the auction. There is NO on-site pickup option available for this auction. Shipping will be billed at a flat rate based on the number of lots purchased. Shipping costs (Within Continental US): 1-5 lots - $15 USPS Priority Mail (Insurance up to $100) 6+ lots - $25 USPS Priority Mail (Insurance up to $250) Additional insurance is available for an additional cost. Contact auctioneer directly for more info. East-Wing Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, any issues will need to be handled directly with USPS. If your purchases are over the flat rate insured value, we recommend the purchasing of additional insurance to cover the total value of your purchases. The shipping costs listed above will be automatically added to your invoice total before your CC on file is billed. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your purchases please reach out to the auctioneer directly shortly following receiving your PAID invoice. International Shipping: Contact Auctioneer for costs. 2. PAYMENT: All invoices are to be paid no later than 24 hours after the close of the auction. Invoices for successful bidders will be sent out the evening of the auction close. Credit cards placed on file will be automatically billed by 10:00pm EST following the close of the auction. In Person Payments are not accepted for our auctions - No Exceptions 3. BUYER'S PREMIUM A buyer's premium of 23% is added to the hammer price of each item. Sales taxes are applied to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to the completion of the auction. 4. WARRANTIES: Condition reports are made to the best of our ability, but are not guaranteed. No employee is authorized to make any warranties, expressed or implied, on behalf of East-Wing Estate Sales, LLC. Items described as "possibly", "probably" or "attributed to" are not to be considered a guarantee, but rather the opinion of the auctioneer. No guarantees can be made in relation to an items condition. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have not contacted East-Wing Estate Sales, LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
