Acceptable forms of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or wire transfers, payable in U.S. dollars. Invoice must be paid in full. Pay via the blue "Pay Now" button. Cowboy Joe's Antiques reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared. Shipping is handled in-house with no additional handling costs. Costs for large or heavy items are buyer's responsibility, however we ship the item for you or get pricing, Items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment. Refunds will only be considered if contact with auction house is made within 72 of receipt of merchandise and item is not as auctioned. If you have not contacted Cowboy Joe's Antiques to arrange payment within three days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. A premium equal to 20% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Overseas shipping and packaging will be added to invoice as required. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale. Condition reports are general assessments and not appraised results, photos are the best indicators for condition.
