The terms and conditions of the auction purchase ("sale") are outlined here and apply to any and all sales through Mega auction company ("auctioneer"). This includes sales completed in person, online or absent / telephone bidding. All sales will be completed at the discretion of the auctioneer. If these terms are not met, the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any sales and refuse future transactions with any customer ("buyer"). All goods sold by auctioneer are entrusted by the independent owner ("shipper"). Before the auction, it is strongly recommended that all buyers check all items before the auction, as all items are sold as is. Although auctioneer makes every effort to express accurate descriptions and comments to buyers online, auctioneer does not guarantee or guarantee in any form the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, media and materials, age, authenticity, provenance, culture, source or historical significance of any goods in auctioneer's catalogue, marketing materials or oral communication. All goods are sold as is, regardless of their condition, or subject to additional review after sale. All sales are final. The auctioneer may, at his discretion, accept absentee and telephone bids. Registered telephone or absent bidders must be registered before 6 p.m. the day before the auction. All telephone or absent bids must be submitted by the buyer to the auctioneer by email or online, and the signed term agreement must be submitted in writing for acceptance. If a buyer who wishes to bid by telephone cannot be contacted, the auctioneer will not bear any responsibility. The auctioneer shall not be liable for missed or unexecuted absences or telephone bids. Cancellation of any telephone call or absentee bid must be submitted and executed in writing
