After shipment or removal of the lot (s), the condition for being entitled to this right of withdrawal is the request, prior to the sale, for confirmation of the informative / descriptive elements that appear essential. The lots are supposed to be collected at our offices in Weiswampach, the delivery of the lot (s) being an optional service, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the delivery costs, as an optional service, will not be not reimbursed. The purchaser will also be responsible for the cost of reshipment and the lot (s) must be received by Goldfield in good condition or at the very least in the condition in which it (s) were received. The minimum sale price from which the resale right is collected is 3,000 euros, excluding tax.
