1. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD 'AS IS' REGARDLESS OF EITHER WRITTEN OR VERBAL DESCRIPTION. All sales are final-no returns. Neither CRN Auctions, Inc. nor the consignor make any guarantee or warranties with respect to the correctness of description of physical condition, size, rarity, provenance or authenticity of authorship. 2. Condition reports appear on some lots on LiveAuctioneers. ABSENCE OF A CONDITION REPORT DOES NOT MEAN THE ITEM IS WITHOUT FLAWS. Contact CRN Auctions, preferably by email, info@crnauctions.com, for further condition information. Requests for 'further images' must be specific, and must be made 72 hours before the day of the sale. We do not send hard-copy images. Condition requests will be responded to by adding information or photographs to the lot listing on our website and LiveAuctioneers. On-line catalog descriptions may be revised up to the time of the auction. We describe items to the best of our ability, but we recommend that buyers either inspect lots in person, or send a representative to do so. 3. THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any opening bid he deems unacceptable. THE FINAL BID AND BUYER SHALL BE AS RECORDED BY CRN AUCTIONS. In the case of a disputed bid, or in the event there is a tie bid on an item due to timing or any other reason, the successful bidder shall be determined by the Auctioneer. Bidding from the floor takes precedence. The Auctioneer sells approximately 80-90 lots per hour. CRN Auctions reserves the right to refuse participation in the auction of any bidder. 4. THE BUYER'S PREMIUM on property purchased on Live Auctioneers will be 18% of the hammer price. 5. WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY BANK WIRE TRANSFER, MONEY ORDER, TRAVELERS OR CASHIER CHECK. Business or personal checks will be accepted only by approval of CRN Auctions. Items will be held until the check clears. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS. We reserve the right to require wire transfer or bank check for large purchases. Items purchased must be paid for within 7 business days of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer. The purchaser will be charged a $25.00 fee for a bounced check. 6. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPT PICK-UP, SHIPPING OR TRUCKING OF LOTS PURCHASED. CRN Auctions recommended shippers are THE UPS STORE 781-396-2550 or OFFICE SHIP 617-939-6866. CRN Auctions is not responsible for any damage that may occur to items after the fall of the hammer. Items purchased and not picked up, or without shipping arrangements 20 days after the sale will be subject to a storage fee of $10 per day to be added to the invoice of the purchaser. Items left with no shipping arrangements for 60 days are subject to forfeit by the purchaser and may be re-offered at auction. 7. Purchases are subject to the Massachusetts 6.25% sales tax unless the buyer has a MA sales tax exemption number. Items shipped outside of Massachusetts are exempt from sales tax. Condition statements are given as courtesy to a client. If a condition statement does not appear, it does not mean the the item is without flaws and free from wear and tear. All items are sold AS IS.
