We are confident in the quality of the merchandise, however we allow customers to return the items if they are not satisfied within a week of receiving the item if it's in the original condition upon our inspection of the item. Not all of the rugs are located in our Schaefferstown, PA location and may need to be shipped directly to the buyer. If you have any questions about pick up or shipping, please feel free to inquire. We recommend furniture be pick up due to shipping costs.
