The lots are sold AS IS and NO WARRANTY or guarantee is made or implied as to the condition, the authenticity or era of the items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 4. By bidding on our items, you accept all payment, shipment and our terms and conditions policies. Bidders can retract bids PRIOR to auction and must do so themselves via their Live Auctioneers bidder account. 5. Pre-bidding ends 1 hour prior to the start of the auction. 6. Our buyer's premium is charged to ALL LOTS. 7. If a High Bid is simultaneously submitted by more than one bidder, whether on-line or absentee, the auctioneer will determine the winning bid. 8.
