1. Everything sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are urged to inspect goods and examine photos and condition reports before bidding. When the auctioneer says "SOLD" title of the property shall pass to the highest bidder, who assumes full responsibility of the item. 3. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. 4. Winning bidders must pick up their lots at Withington Auctions at 41B Main St. Goffstown, NH during the week 1-4 March 10AM-5PM or by appointment. We can arrange for shipping by UPS or independent shippers who blanket wrap and provide hand delivery services.

If you have not contacted Withington Auctions Inc to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
