We try to give the best descriptive condition but, you are buying as-is. NO Returns, All Sales Are Final. These are Estate Items.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY Immediately after receiving Invoice. You will not be able to pay after 5pm the 3rd DAY of Auction as I will have left the Gallery going back to Florida. NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME, YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM FURTHER AUCTIONS. It's the BUYER'S RESPONSIBLILITY TO PAY ON TIME, NOT THE AUCTIONEERS. All Items must be picked up within 5 days of Auction unless special arrangement are made. A STORAGE FEE of $25 PER DAY will be charged starting the 6th day. No Exceptions.

Late payers will not be able to register for our further auctions. Just CALL US TO PAY IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR INVOICE.

BUYER'S ARE RESPONSIBLE for handling their own shipping, not the auction company. All Items must be picked up by Saturday following the Auction thereafter you will have to pay a $25 dollar per day storage. Call us if you need special arrangements.
