Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding. CONDITION REPORT Descriptions provided in the online catalogues do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition report does not guarantee that the item is in perfect condition or free from damage and/or wear. We strongly suggest that you request a condition report prior to bidding on any lot. All sales are final. TERMS 1- All auction lots sold are subject to a buyer's premium. Payment in full is due 2 days of the sale. 2- Unless exempted by law, all purchases are subjected to states sales tax. 3-Phone and absentee bidding directly with our auction house, and not through a third party company such as LiveAuctioneers, is offered as a courtesy. We are not responsible for errors or unexecuted absentee. Absentee bidders may be in competition with various LIVE bidders which may include FLOOR or ON-SITE/IN-HOUSE bidders 4-All absentee bids must be in written form. We cannot accept verbal absentee bids. Submitted bids that are not commensurate with our standard Bid Increments will be rounded up to the appropriate level. 5- WITHDRAWAL. GOOD OLD DAYS ANTIQUE AUCTION INC reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction prior to the completion of the auction sale. 6- GOOD OLD DAYS ANTIQUE AUCTION INC, welcome international bidders; however, all communications must be in comprehensible English. International shipping cost will be determined after the auction and the buyer will receive an invoice. If you are bidding internationally you will need to send us a message mention your location prior to the auction date 7-Make sure that you have the correct lot number! If you accidentally bid on a lot and win, you are still liable for payment as we are liable to the consignor. 8-In the event of identical absentee bids, the earliest received bid takes priority. 9-We will notify all successful bidders by email (or by phone if no email) within 5 business days of the end of the auction. 10-Not all items will be available for personal review as larger items will remain in the storage area. Bidders have to examine the items thorough the online pictures or request a condition report as needed. Only smaller items will be available for display ONLY on the auction day AND ONLY BY PRIOR REQUEST and the rest of the items will remain in our storage and will be shipped to winner bidder after receiving cleared payment. 11- DUE TO COVID-19 and other reasons THERE IS ABLSOLUTLEY NO PICK UP OPTION. Won items will be shipped after a full cleared payment and the buyers assume all the responsibility for the shipping cost, Shipping address provided buy the winner bidder has to match the shipping address on Liveauctioneer and the billing address on the payment method 12- DUE to COVID-19 THERE WILL BE NO LIVE AUCTION PREVIEW OR PICK UP OPTIONS 13- Despite the buyer(s) location (California or outside California) all Items will be shipped 14- Once an item is sold to an in-house bidder, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the won item(s). 15-Accounts that are unpaid after 25 days of the sale date will be subject to a 2% monthly finance charge; administrative fees may also apply. 16-FAILURE TO DELIVER PURCHASER'S PROPERTY. If GOOD OLD DAYS ANTIQUE AUCTION INC is prevented by theft, fire, or any other reason from delivering any property to the purchaser, Auctioneer's liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser and there shall be in no event any additional incidental or consequential damages. 17- California Buyers we don't have a Pick up option after the auction. 18-All property offered for sale is as is, where is. Some lots are subject to a reserve, which is a minimum price below which the auctioneer is not obligated to sell the lot. 20-TELEPHONE BIDDING. Telephone bidding will only be offered on items on which you are willing to provide a $400 opening bid. 21- Absolutely no international shipping for Watches 22- Most of local shipping costs are determined in advance. If the actual cost comes higher, buyer will be responsible to pay the difference. 23- Preview : Because of COVID-19 there will be NO live auction preview but we can offer buyers additional photos per request 24- Processing fees are the responsibility of the bidders. 25- Additional conditions of sale may apply, as noted on our website and/or as announced by the auctioneer prior to the auction.

If you have not contacted Good Old Days Antique Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
