Shipping, Payment & Auction Policies Shipping PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Rishon Art Auction will provide secure priority shipping in-house for most items in this auction. Please check your listing for the cost of shipping your item. If your listing has a stated shipping fee in the description, your item's shipping will be handled by our own expert shipping team for the fee stated in your listing. If you are the winner of multiple lots which can be safely combined, you will receive a discounted consolidated shipping rate. If you'd prefer picking your item(s) up in person or making your own shipping arrangements, please email rishonartauction@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Payment All successful bidders will be sent invoices via e-mail at the end of the auction. All property shall be paid for automatically 72 hours after the sale by the purchaser credit card through LiveAuctioneer auto-payment system. Please ensure you have a valid credit card attached to your LiveAuctioneers account. Failure to provide a valid credit card may result in open disputes to your LiveAuctioneers account. Rishon Art Auction is not obliged to release a lot to the buyer until full payment has been received and appropriate identification has been provided. Autopay If you have not contacted Rishon Art Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. SALES TAX Online purchases from Rishon Art Auction may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption. Terms Rishon Art Auction Policies: 1. All items offered at auction are sold as is, where is, no refunds, no returns and without recourse. All descriptions are based on the opinion of Rishon Art Auction. Descriptions including photographs, condition, authenticity, provenance, artist, origin and measurements are believed to be accurate, however, neither Rishon Art Auction, the auctioneer nor consignor makes any warranty or representations of any kind to the merchandise being offered. All measurements and weights are approximate. It is the bidders responsibility to confirm all description information on their own. We encourage all potential bidders to preview our items in person. Further photographs, condition reports and in hand evaluations are available upon request. Please call our office to arrange. 2. Rishon Art Auction is not responsible for any omission or errors in the description or a further verbal description given by the auctioneer(s) the day of the auction or by any employee preceding or following the auction. 3.We do our utmost to pack items with our in house packaging team, shipping through UPS or FedEx. All items are insured. We will not be held responsible for items once they leave our facility. Once payment is received, your order will be added to our shipping queue and will typically ship with-in 5 to 7 business days. 4. Rishon Art Auction reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the commencement of each auction. 5. Estimates published, showing both a high and low end range for each item, are of the opinion of Rishon Art Auction as to the fair auction value for each item. Rishon Art Auction makes no warranties as to finite value for item(s) sold. You as the bidder decide the final price. 6. While many lots are listed without reserve prices, at times, Rishon Art Auction may assign minimum selling prices to select lots in each auction. 7. Rishon Art Auction reserves the right to refuse admission to our facility, reject any bid or to refuse to acknowledge certain bidders. The highest bidder, whether in the saleroom, absentee, on the telephone or online will be acknowledged and recorded by the auctioneer. 8. No auction lot can be removed from the gallery until payment has been accepted and cleared. Please see our payment, pickup and shipping section for further details. All items won must be paid for within five (5) days or a dispute will be filed and opened. 9. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 25% and any applicable taxes. 10. Rishon Art Auction is not responsible for items left at our facility for more than fifteen days. Rishon Art Auction may also charge a $100 restocking fee for items cataloged. 11. Purchases are subject to 6.625 % New Jersey State sales tax unless you are a registered dealer or reseller and exempt from state and local sales tax in which case a completed New Jersey resale certificate must be provided to Rishon Art Auction prior to the time of purchase. 12. Rishon Art Auction is not liable for damaged or missing items after they are signed out and removed from the gallery. Rishon Art Auction is not responsible for or liable for any lots paid for and not picked up within 14 days of auction date. By departing from the pickup site you, or your agent, acknowledges that you have all your items and that you are satisfied with them. No claims are permitted after removing items from the premises, as condition issues cannot be validated once items are released into your possession. In providing your credit card information to pay an invoice, you authorize Rishon Art Auction to charge the cost of product and/or service to your credit card either through the payment portal or as indicated on signed, paper authorization form. This payment is for goods/ services won at auction and certifies that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. By registering to participate and providing credit card information, you are accepting all the responsibility for the transaction to ensure full payment to the merchant and acknowledging that all sales are final. You will inform Rishon Art Auction immediately if use of this card is no longer valid. 14. Rishon Art Auction is not responsible for purchasers' on-line bidding errors or mishaps. 15.
