Condition of any item can be subjective. Many items are cleaned and polished. If the item description shows photos of an item in both an unclean and cleaned/polished condition, buyer will receive the item in the cleaned condition. This is a pass through charge, since the credit card companies charge sellers an additional fee to process payments via phone. Items almost never have reserves (no reserves this auction). There are never friends nor family bidding, no 'house' bidders', no call-in pre-bidding. If a listed item shows to have sold in an earlier auction, it is due to a non-paying bidder. When an item is relisted due to a non-paying bidder, the non-paying bidder's ID is provided in the auction description.
