The utmost care has been taken to note restrictions as accurately as possible; however, DFSF is not responsible for any restrictions omitted or not otherwise indicated by the donor, or for prizes not claimed within the scope of restrictions or expiration dates or by donors no longer in business post the event date. All items have been donated to DFSF for this auction, and are auctioned by DFSF and not the donors. Purchasers may not ask for refunds or exchanges from the donors. The amount of your payment that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of your successful bid over the fair market value of the merchandise purchased. The fair market value of each item offered has been provided by the donor and is printed in the program. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are allowed. All items are sold "as is." All known or apparent contents, restrictions, and details of items as provided by donors are indicated in the package descriptions. Payment in full is required. All payments should be paid through live.payments. There will be a 3% credit card processing fee plus $0.25 added to total of your purchase. Arrangements for services included in auction packages are the responsibility of the purchaser and are to be mutually arranged by the winning bidder and the donor unless otherwise specified. Blackout periods, expiration dates and restrictions may apply. Each bidder assumes all responsibilities related to the auction and items obtained at the auction and agrees to hold DFSF harmless from any liability.

If you have not contacted Dobbs Ferry Schools Foundation to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
