Property from Casa de Suenos, Miami Beach
Hindman is proud to offer property from Casa de Sueños in an exclusive single-owner sale on May 31st in Palm Beach, Florida. A 1930s Mediterranean Revival estate overlooking Biscayne Bay, it was originally built for a President of General Motors and then acquired in the late 1990s by the current owners Loren and J.R. Ridinger. The couple are the founders of Market America—a revolutionary product brokerage and internet marketing company—while Loren is also a well-known fashion, beauty, and business leader recognized by Vogue, Haute Living, and Forbes magazines. Using historical photos of the estate, the couple acquired period furniture, art, and decorative objects to help realize their vision of contemporary life in a historic setting. Our auction features much of what they collected over the past 20 years for the home.
We will host an auction preview open May 18 - 30. The preview will be curated by New York and Palm Beach based designer Liz McDermott, whose firm serves residential clients worldwide. McDermott has been a contributing trend editor for Modern Luxury and serves on the board of the French Heritage Society, based in Paris.
