Bidding will be online Only. No phone bids can be accepted. All items are sold as is. Karen's Dollhouse Shop provides the photos for information available and holds no guarantee of any kind with relation to condition, value, of any kind and with respect to size. All measurements are approximate with some having a ruler to determine its size. If there are any imperfections with the items listed, note that the items in the sale are pre-owned. The catalog listings are meant as a descriptive guide only. There are several thousand photographs to show the items. Karen's Dollhouse Shop encourages all potential bidders to preview our items online, and we hold several days of previews before each auction. Karen's Dollhouse Shop will do the best to answer any questions, but it is very difficult to answer questions during the day of the auction. For this auction, ALL lots in the auction will be wrapped by Karen's Dollhouse Shop. We will be using bubble wrap, tiny baggies, tissue paper and boxes to carefully wrap all the miniatures, dolls and furniture. We know how special and delicate miniatures are. We will then ship via USPS or UPS. You may come to the shop to pick your auction items up in person, but will be charged a wrapping fee for each lot. Wrapping fee is $3.00 per lot, in addition to shipping.
