All invoices online will be processed through Live Auctioneers. Personal checks must clear before the item is released. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE AUCTION DATE OR CLAIMS WILL BE FILED AGAINST THE PURCHASER. We will pack and ship MOST ITEMS to US addresses only. All invoices must be shipped to address on invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not ship furniture, fragile, or crateable items. A handling charge per lot will be added to cover the cost of packing materials and labor. This is a charge that is in addition to the shipping cost and insurance which are to be paid by the buyer in entirety. Insurance is mandatory and must be included to protect both the auction house, consignor and the buyer. All items will be shipped within 7 business days of confirmed payment. No shipments will go out until payment is received and processed. NOTE: Any item deemed FRAGILE or OVER SIZED by the auction house, and all FURNITURE must be shipped from an outside shipping service. You can have your own shipper pick up at our address.The Buyer's Premium is 20% for all items purchased online. This premium is added to the purchase price of the item. If the item is to be shipped, a handling charge, shipping charge and insurance fees will be added to the total purchase price and buyer's premium. All items are SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We make every effort to research the items we are selling and to present them with accuracy and honesty. ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS that purchase items through phone or left bids must pay with a bank wire transfer unless pre-approved prior to the sale. Shipping for all international sales will be done through a 3rd party shipper. We use Parcel Room. Phone is 603-431-4205

If you have not contacted S.B. and Company Auctioneers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
