Lots listed in this catalogue are to be offered by Antiek Journeys, Inc, as owner or as agent for owner subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at auction you agree to these Terms. While Antiek Journeys, Inc makes every effort to accurately picture and describe items, all Buyers are strongly advised to personally examine items before bidding. All auction items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties, either express or implied. Payment- The buyer must pay entire amount due (including hammer price, buyer's premium, sales tax and any other fees)within 24 hours of being invoiced. Shipping cost of purchased items is the responsibilty of the buyer. Antiek Journeys, Inc will pack and ship small items at cost plus a labor fee. We will also provide a list of shippers. We will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of carriers or packers whether or not recommended by us. Property will not be released to the shipper without the buyer's written consent. Packing and handling of purchased lots by us is at the entire risk of the purchaser, Antiek Journeys, Inc will have no liability of any loss or damage to such items.
