Fine Art Week concludes on Day 3 with décor, furniture, collections of historical and nautical items, and artwork. Decoratives take center stage with selections of Tiffany. Items from the Gary Wolfer American Civil War collection include signed CDV?s of Ulysses S. Grant, Winfield Scott Hancock, Gettysburg hero John Burns, William Tecumseh Sherman, and Robert Anderson. Tintypes and ambrotypes include Confederate and Union soldiers. There?s also Identification pins, discs, and corps badges. Belt plates include CS, US, OVM, VMM, SNY and others. Other collectibles include Eagle head spurs, triple-border captain?s rank straps, an identified pipe for an officer in the 6th New Hampshire Infantry, stencils, a button collection, a presentation watch to a Massachusetts chaplain, and other identified items and artifacts. Highlights from the Estate of Charles LeKites include Whaling and nautical related journals and receipt books as well as early 19th century nautical documents related to various commercial ships and their operations.
