When placing a bid, the customer is entering a binding contract (by law) with The Gem Collections. By winning a bid one has the legal responsibility to purchase the item won from The Gem Collections. In placing a legally binding bid, the bidder agrees that proper and careful due diligence has been exercised and that a bid was knowingly and willfully placed. If a question arises before a bid, please feel free to email us at . We observe the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. Also The Gem Collections has the right to cancel or replace an order after the auction if it does not measure to our standards of quality control, or is no longer available due to our items being offered simultaneously on multiple platforms, or was an Auctioneer error. In the unlikely event that this happens, The Gem Collections will offer the winning bidder with the same, or similar or upgraded item at no additional charge to the bidder; and at The Gem Collections?s sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. A customer credit will expire one year from the date of issuance. The Gem Collections and it?s auctioneers have final discretion in ascertaining the winning bidder and in resolving any disputes between bidders if any dispute arises after the sale. All items are removed from our inventory or any other platform only after the entire invoice is paid for. If a listed item becomes unavailable The Gem Collections will make a diligent effort to remove the item immediately from the auction. As stated earlier, The Gem Collections may provide the winning bidder with the same or similar item, or even an upgraded item at no additional charge, or at the sole discretion of The Gem Collections a refund or a credit. Specifications The Gem Collections has made extensive effort to describe every item in every way. Overall state and condition are disclosed as completely as possible. It is important to review the detailed images carefully as all items are sold as is. Unless mentioned in the lot description, the item may or may not come with certifications or other paperwork, or boxes. Returns All sales are final and all items are sold as is; however, in the unlikely event that an item description does not match the item that has been received The Gem Collections will provide a full refund, exchange or credit. This request for an exchange or a return must be placed within three days of having received the item, and must notify The Gem Collections by email of the problem. The Gem Collections will begin to first find a proper replacement. If that is not possible then a refund will be the next appropriate action. The Gem Collections reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not follow these guide lines. In sum any and all return requests must be made within three days after receipt of the won item. The request must be made by email info@thegemcollections.com with an explanation which will be decided on at the sole discretion of The Gem Collections. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for insurance costs of returned items that are shipped back to our offices. Their will also be a restocking fee of 20% of the total invoice. The customer must provide tracking information of the retuned item, and said item must be returned in the same condition of the originally shipped item or it will be returned to the customer at their cost. Refusal to accept merchandise sent by The Gem Collections to the winning bidder equate to the status of an unauthorized return in direct violation to these terms and or conditions. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will surrender any and all claims to this merchandise. Disclaimer/Liability The Gem Collections disclaims any warranties that are expressed or implied, neither will it be held responsible for any descriptions of rarity, quality, condition, size, or importance. The Gem Collections while explaining the items for sale whether written or oral, are opinions based on many years of experience and cannot be considered a warranty or representation regarding the items offered for sale. Any estimates provided in an auction catalog or by an Auctioneer during or prior to a live auction does not represent an appraisal or equate to resale value. Estimates are made based on a multitude of factors and does not show a minimum price needed for an item to be sold. It is simply a comparison of like items within the industry in new retail condition. The customer should be responsible for researching and understanding the age, size, condition and most importantly comparative value of the item(s) before bidding. Understanding the comparative value is crucial in determining the benefit offer of each item. When a potential buyer places a bid, one is indicating the item has been examined in a satisfactory way.

If you have not contacted The Gem Collections to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
