This auction contains items with no reserve pricing, so the item is guaranteed to sell regardless of what the winning bid price is. Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Les Collectibles. If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from Les Collectibles, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted prior to placing any bid, and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. Les Collectible reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. Furthermore, Les Collectibles reserves the right to cancel or replace an order post auction it does not successfully pass and meet our quality control standards prior to shipping or if it was sold in error by our Auctioneer. The successful winning bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by our Auctioneer. Les Collectibles and its Auctioneers will have final discretion in determining the winning bidder and in resolving any disputes between bidders. If any dispute arises after the sale, the Les collectibles sale record shall govern. BIDHAUS is not an authorized dealer/retailer of any of the watch brands we auction. Therefore, we do not auction/sell any brand new watches with a factory warranty. Return Return requests for any reasons, may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from Les Collectibles and must notify Les Collectibles with an explanation, which may be approved at Les collectibles sole discretion. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by Les Collectibles to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions
