All winning bids will be charged on the card used at the time of registration within 72 hours of receiving an invoice unless otherwise indicated. Winning bidders have five days of receipt of payable invoice to pay for their auction wins. Respond to payable invoice email if you would like your items shipped to you or if you will be picking up. If you are picking up items, a sign up sheet will be sent to the email account you used to register for the auction to sign up for pick up. If you email us that you would like your items shipped to you, they will be delivered to our local UPS store for shipping once payment is made. No winning lots will be shipped or released for pick up until items are paid for in full. We accept checks, money orders, wire transfer, credit cards, venmo, and paypal as forms of payment. Checks will need to clear before items will be shipped. Winning bidders who wish to pick up items CANNOT pay by check. There will be a 20% Buyer's Premium added on all purchases. Applicable sales tax will apply. Pick ups must be scheduled in advance and winning bids paid for prior to pick up.You will get a link to the online Schedule in your Invoice email. Once slots are filled on a particular time, you may not add your name on filled time slots. All items must be picked up within the sign up window. Once the auction closes, you will be sent a shipping invoice. All sales are final, all items sold are as is with no guarantees. Aeron House, LLC does not warrant the correctness of description, signatures, marks, authenticity or condition of said items. Please preview all items carefully and use your own judgment. By bidding at auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these conditions of sale. All items must be paid for and picked up within 10 days of the end of an auction unless other arrangements are made. Any item not paid for after ten days becomes the property of Aeron House, LLC, and the bidder on that item relinquishes all interest in the lot or item. Any lot paid for but not removed from the premises within 30 days becomes the property of The Aeron House, LLC, and the bidder relinquishes all interest in the items as well as the money paid for those items. money for paid items is retained to cover storage fees for those lots not removed from the facility. Payment Information: All winning bidders will be sent a paybable invoice through PayPal. Once an invoice is paid, and the winning bidder indicates if they want to pick up or have their items shipped, a shipping invoice will be prepared and sent. All winning bidders MUST RESPOND TO THE INVOICE EMAIL WITH A PICK UP OR SHIPPING DECISION. All winning lots must be paid for in full before pick up.

If you have not contacted Aeron House to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
